A. Brother, teaching with us is not group teaching; our education is one-on-one, where each child has their own dedicated teacher assigned solely to them. We do not offer group instruction.

A. Yes, certainly, we do; after the trial session, the teacher will send you the books appropriate for the child’s level.

Q. Do you provide education for adults, or is your instruction only for children?
A. Yes, we certainly provide education for both children and adults.

A. Do not worry; the teachers at Ratil Online School are able to explain in the language that the student understands and speaks.
Q. What is the benefit of having an account on the Zoom program?
A. The purpose of creating a Zoom account is to facilitate communication between you and the teacher, and the teacher also uses the Zoom chat to send assignments to you.
Q. What are the levels of the Arabic language that the student progresses through?
A. The language levels consist of three stages:
Introductory Level: Upon completion, the student masters reading and writing.
Beginner Level: The focus is on developing conversation skills and increasing the student’s linguistic repertoire of words and vocabulary.
Intermediate and Advanced Levels: The focus is on developing listening skills so that the student can understand, read, write, and speak the Arabic language as if it were their native language.
Q. Is the payment weekly, monthly, or after finishing each lesson?
A. We use the “Muslim Child Encyclopedia,” which is a comprehensive encyclopedia where the child learns morals, Hadith, creed, monotheism (Tawhid), and the biography of the Prophet, peace be upon him, in an easy, enjoyable, and engaging manner.

A. Payment with us is not in advance; payment is at the beginning of each month. Invoices are sent to you for payment, and it is done via PayPal.

A. There is no problem at all, just let us know in sufficient time before it, so that we can coordinate with the teacher.

A. The teacher teaches the child how to write using the program’s Zoom whiteboard. The child can imitate the teacher’s writing method until they learn to write correctly.
